When God said ‘Yes’


How would your life change if God gave you a ‘go’ signal and said yes? For most of us, we all long to hear a yes from God, it means an approval, an open door and a power to pursue what we want. But ‘With great power comes great responsibility’. When God finally said ‘yes’:

He Knows You will Do the Right Thing

He knows that you have good judgment and you will choose what’s best for you. He gave you freedom to do everything you want. Well in fact, everything is permissible for you–but not everything is beneficial. Everything is permissible–but not everything is constructive (1 Corinthians 10:23). For you were called to freedom. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another (Galatians 5:13).

He has Faith in You

He has his hope in you that you will accomplish what you have started. You are a finisher and you will fight a good fight of faith. His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’ (Matthew 25:23).

He knows what’s inside you

He believes in you without a doubt because His Spirit is in you. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law (Galatians 5:22-23)

He Knows  You are Rooted

He knows that you have deep conviction, you’re deeply rooted with his Words and you will continue to walk with Him. Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude (Colossians 2:6-7).

He has Confidence in You

He knows that you will overcome any sin and temptation because He is the one who created you and you have seen it through his perfect example. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are–yet he did not sin (Hebrews 4:15). No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13).

He Knows You’re One with Him

He knows your heart beats the same as His, you have the same mind as Him because you’re one with Him. I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God. who loved me and gave himself for me (Galatians 2:20).

He Trusts You

He knows that you will do what is pleasing in His eyes. Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things (Philippians 4:8).

He Loves You

Although it hurts him to let go of your hands he still will because He loves you more than you can ever think and imagine. It bleeds Him more to see you on your own he will say Yes because of his love for you. And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28).
